Established in 2019, Farm City's goal was to provide Elizabeth City and Eastern North Carolina with a larger selection of Outdoor Power Equipment than what was available for decades in the area. We focused on bringing Brands that provide VALUE and INNOVATION to our customers. We focus on giving you more “bang for your bucks” than having a “well known” Brand. Although some of our value brands have become “well known”, such as SPARTAN. SPARTAN (Intimidator Group) has since been acquired by TORO Corp to be part of their portfolio of independent brands.

 

Some people think that “VALUE” means “CHEAP”, that could not be farther from the truth. Value Brands are manufacturers with a lesser name recognition than well known Brands, but they offer the same QUALITY of craftsmanship, use the same components (Transmission, Engine, Parts), have the same warranty (sometimes even better) and they are all manufactured in the USA or assembled in the USA, same as well known Brands. The main difference is that the “VALUE BRANDS” do not make you pay a premium just for the “COLOR” (name). Always compare brands based on the machine specs and you will be amazed at how much money you can save.
